Introducing: MiTravel Planning Board (Beta)
MiTravel is a group travel planning app that provides travellers a central space to discuss, collect information and plan altogether. It captures where everyone wants to go, what to do, eat and see.
Where It All Began
As avid travellers ourselves, we know that travelling with friends, family, or even strangers can make for some of the most memorable trips. However, as memorable as it was, we know all too well about the frustrations of group planning.
There were spreadsheets and word documents everywhere. With a lot of details crammed into tiny cells and pages, and nobody being able to decide on anything as conversations often get sidetracked.
Wishing for a better way of keeping everything in one place and of taking the stress and frustration from what could have been a fun planning experience, we created MiTravel.

Location Cards
Location Cards are the backbone of your Planning Board, showing you all the relevant information you'll need such as the location’s rating, a map view of where it is, its hours of operation, photos of the place, and contact information.

Note Cards
We're so excited to introduce MiTravel’s new Note Card feature. This new fundamental feature allows you to personalize your Planning Board with Note Cards so all your ideas are kept in one place – from your packing lists to all your additional files.

Polls
One recurring frustration we had while trip planning with others was that no one would be able to decide on anything, making it difficult to get everyone’s input and come to a group decision.
To eliminate this problem, we at MiTravel designed the Polls feature for our collaborative travel planning board!
Polls are a great way to gauge group interest and make group decisions. As the name suggests, this feature lets you set up polls to gather your fellow travel mates' opinions, making the planning process more inclusive and representative.
